  7. We will not ask for a listing agreement of over 90 days.

We understand that some owners do not wish to list a property on the open market. If this is your preference, we will work to generate an offer from our existing buyer relationships. It’s completely up to you if you want us to share the property information with one buyer or one hundred. Upon request, we will gladly insist that any potential buyer execute a Confidentiality Agreement prior to viewing any financial information related to a property.
